• Lifting mechanism: realize the lifting and amplitude change of the working platform.
• A full-rotating slewing mechanism is usually used, and the forward and reverse directions can be selected according to the needs of the operation. Generally, the hydraulic motor drives the mechanical slewing device with a deceleration effect to rotate. The slewing part of the slewing mechanism and the working platform are installed on the slewing bearing, that is, the turntable. The drive device is fixed on the turntable, and a driving gear is installed at its lower end. The slewing bearing consists of a turntable and an inner gear ring seat fixedly connected to the frame. When the drive device rotates, the gear meshes with the fixed gear ring, and the gear rolls along the gear ring, driving the turntable to rotate. A ball or roller is installed between the turntable and the fixed gear ring seat to reduce the friction resistance of the turntable. The mechanical transmission form of the slewing mechanism can adopt transmission methods such as worm gear, cycloidal pinwheel or planetary gear.
• The end of the lifting mechanism is connected to the working platform, which is a basic component for carrying people or equipment. In order to ensure the safety of workers and prevent equipment from falling, various countries have put forward clear requirements for the structure and performance of the working platform. Such as the height of the platform's guardrail, the width of the platform, the anti-slip surface of the platform, the safety belt on the platform, etc.
• In order to keep the bottom plane of the working platform level during the operation, the aerial work vehicle is equipped with an automatic leveling mechanism to keep the working platform level, which mainly includes three types: mechanical, mechanical-hydraulic combination, and electro-hydraulic combination.
